Thank you Genevieve for making me laugh throughout our meet up today, you’re a fun girl to be with and you really make me laugh at the part when you tried to imitate the “smiling yet still need to mumble sorry” face. Hahahaha, each time I think about it I can’t stop laughing 🤣 jokes aside, thank you for being so nice and patient even when you’ve to explain and repeat twice as my hubs walk away to make a phone call, suggesting to me which plan would suit me better instead of just agreeing with whatever plans I asked for. The explanations you’ve gave was really clear and you make sure that we understand whatever we signed up for.

Thank you for taking this time to come down to my area even when I’ve postpone the timing so many times due to my working schedule. You’re really very accommodating and I’m really sorry to keep making you wait for me.

Genevieve is a professional, competent and pleasant Financial Planner who pays attention to details. She tries to understand her client profile and needs and comes up with a few personalized plans and  recommends what is most suited for them after going through a discussion.

It was easy and comfortable to converse with her because she is sincere and really here to help us make the best decision according to our needs. When in doubt, Genevieve has been patient in answering all our queries even when it includes comparison of policies from other companies. She is prompt in sending us information such as a breakdown of bills for the different scenarios when requested. She is organised with her information and presents it in a clear and transparent manner. In our dealings with her, she is always welcoming, willing to share and willing to listen.

Her sincerity and care for her clients can be felt when she delivers festive treats personally (not forgetting to prepare a small treat for our young child as well) and sends us a care package of fruit basket when my family was down with Covid 19. It may be a small gesture but we know that she holds her clients close and gives us good confidence and faith that she will indeed ‘take care’ of us should we require her service in future.

We are happy to engage Genevieve as our family’s financial planner and advisor. We look forward to having her take care of our family for heath and wealth from here on.

When it comes to insurance, obviously I was very skeptical about it. As I'm constantly worried what happen if that is not what I wanted or why isn't this covered, etc.  All these worrisome issue were gone when I met up with  Genevieve, a financial advisor. The way she prepared and presented the insurance plan, I could see the professionalism in her. She could understand what I wanted and deliver it. When I'm confused on certain issue, she would gladly explain to me again which gives me the sense of assurance that it will be taken care of. Before she presented what was suitable for me, she will do a little assessment and will ask what is my expectation on it.

Those effort that she put in truly shows her heartwarming character that makes me feel very reassuring to trust. One thing for sure, she doesn't forget who are her clients as she does follow up calls or text to find out how's everything every few months. Therefore, I'm really very grateful to have her as my financial advisor.
